Meghan A. Goldberg joined Katz Legal Group LLC as Of Counsel in 2018. She received her Bachelor of Arts from Trinity College (2006) and her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School (2010).

 

Meghan concentrates her practice in the areas of divorce and family law, and assists clients in all actions involving custody, child support, alimony and paternity. She has experience negotiating premarital and separation agreements, advocating for clients in motion hearings and at trial, drafting post-trial pleadings and representing clients in post-divorce contempt and modification matters. In addition to her several years of experience litigating domestic relations cases, prior to joining the firm, Meghan represented clients in estate planning, conservatorship, guardianship and estate administration matters. Meghan is dedicated to providing one-on-one attention to her clients, comprehensively identifying their unique goals, and exploring all strategies to achieve favorable results.
